Progressive overload without a scoreboard

Use the last session's sets, reps, and weight as the next target, without badges or streaks.

Progressive overload means the work gets a little harder over time. More weight, another rep, or a cleaner set than last time. It is a comparison between two sessions of the same exercise. It is not a point total.

A scoreboard gets in the way of that comparison. Streaks reward showing up on the right day. Badges reward opening the app. Neither one tells you what you squatted. The number that matters is the one you wrote down: sets, reps, and weight.

The practical version is short. Open the last session for that exercise. Decide whether today repeats it or moves one small step. Log what you actually did, including the sets that did not move. A flat week is still information. Inventing a personal record to keep a chart pretty makes the next comparison useless.

Pact stores those sessions as facts. It does not wrap them in a streak. That split is the point of a workout app without streaks. The place you write the facts is the Android gym log.

You do not need a second app to grade the week. The last log is the grade. Pact is that log, on Android.
