Account deletion {#account-deletion}
To delete your Pact account and associated data:
In-app deletion (preferred)
- Open Pact
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm deletion
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email support@novyra.fyi with:
- Subject: "Account deletion request"
- Email address associated with your account
We will process requests within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Account credentials (Firebase Auth)
- Workout history and exercise logs (Firestore)
- Profile and preferences
What may be retained
- Anonymized analytics aggregates
- Crash logs without personal identifiers (per retention policy)
- Records required by law
