Agreement
By using Pact, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
Pact is a fitness and workout application provided by Novyra. It includes a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Features may change as the product develops.
Account
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account
- One account per person
- You must provide accurate information
- Signing out does not delete your account. You may delete it at any time — see Account & Data Deletion
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or abuse the service
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
Health disclaimer
Pact is not a medical device. Workout suggestions are informational. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.
Subscriptions and payments
Core Pact features are free. Premium is optional and is billed as a monthly or yearly subscription.
- On Android, Premium is purchased and billed through Google Play. The price shown in Google Play before you confirm is the price you agree to pay. If an App Store version is offered later, those purchases would be billed by Apple.
- Premium renews each billing period until you cancel. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation, the remainder of the current period, and refunds follow Google Play's policies.
- We do not receive your full payment card number and cannot refund a Google Play purchase directly. Request a refund through Google Play.
- Deleting your Pact account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel Premium in Google Play if you do not want it to renew.
- Premium features may change as the product develops. The purchase screen in Google Play describes what you are buying at that time.
Intellectual property
Pact and its content are owned by Novyra. You retain ownership of your workout data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Pact.
