Pact is a fitness and workout application provided by Novyra. Features may change as the product develops.
Account
- You are responsible for your account credentials
- One account per person
- You must provide accurate information
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or abuse the service
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
Health disclaimer
Pact is not a medical device. Workout suggestions are informational. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, and refund policies will be published before paid features launch.
Intellectual property
Pact and its content are owned by Novyra. You retain ownership of your workout data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see Account deletion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Pact.
