Novyra ("we," "us") operates Pact, a workout and fitness application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

Account information

  • Email address (via Firebase Authentication)
  • Display name (optional)

Workout and fitness data

  • Workout sessions, exercise logs, and performance snapshots
  • Health and fitness permissions as granted on your device

Device and usage data

  • Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
  • Analytics events (Firebase Analytics or equivalent)
  • Device type, OS version, app version

How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Pact app
  • Sync your data across devices
  • Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
  • Send workout reminders (if you enable notifications)

Data storage and security

  • Data stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication)
  • Encrypted in transit (TLS)

Children's privacy

Pact is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
