Introduction
Novyra ("we," "us") operates Pact, a workout and fitness application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use Pact.
Information we collect
Account information
- Email address, if you sign in with Google or create an account with Firebase Authentication
- Display name, if you choose to set one
Signing out ends the session on that device. It does not delete your account or the data stored with it. To erase your account, use Profile → Account → Delete account, or follow Account & Data Deletion.
Workout and fitness data
- Workout sessions, exercise logs, and performance snapshots
- This information is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, synced to Google Cloud Firestore
- Health and fitness permissions only as you grant them on your device
Purchases and subscriptions
Pact has a free tier and an optional Premium subscription (monthly or yearly).
- Google Play processes the purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- RevenueCat provides subscription status to Pact. We store that status with your account — for example, whether Premium is active and which plan you have — so the app can recognize your entitlement.
- Google Play and RevenueCat also process purchase data under their own policies, linked below.
Device and usage data
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Analytics events (Firebase Analytics)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
How we use information
- Provide Pact, including the free tier and any Premium features your subscription includes
- Sync workout data across devices signed in to the same account
- Recognize whether Premium is active on your account
- Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- Send workout reminders if you enable notifications
- Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the app
Data storage and security
- Account and workout data are stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore)
- Subscription status is stored with your account and with RevenueCat
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS)
- We keep this information while your account exists. After you delete your account, we remove synced account data as described on the Account & Data Deletion page
Your rights
- Delete your account in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or by using Account & Data Deletion
- Request access to the personal information we hold, or a copy of it, by emailing support@novyra.fyi
- Signing out does not delete your account
- Opt out of non-essential analytics where the app or your device supports it

Third-party services
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, and Analytics
- Google Play — app distribution and billing for Premium
- RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlements
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Children's privacy
Pact is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
