This page explains how to delete your Pact account and the data stored with it. Google Play requires apps that let you create an account to provide a web page for account and data deletion.
Signing out of Pact only ends the session on that device. It does not delete your account or the data stored on our servers.
In-app deletion (preferred)
- Open Pact
- Go to Profile → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm deletion
Deletion starts immediately. Synced account data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes the Pact account and the server-side data listed below. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel Premium yourself if you do not want it to renew: open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and cancel Pact.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email support@novyra.fyi with:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- The email address associated with your Pact account
- Optional: your display name or approximate signup date
We process email requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Account credentials (Firebase Authentication)
- Workout history, exercise logs, and other fitness data synced to Cloud Firestore
- Profile information and in-app preferences
- The subscription status we store for your account (this does not cancel the Google Play subscription)
What may be retained
- Anonymized analytics aggregates that cannot identify you
- Crash logs without personal identifiers (retained per Firebase Crashlytics policy)
- Purchase and subscription records that Google Play or RevenueCat keep under their own policies
- Records we are legally required to keep
