This page explains how to delete your Pact account and associated data. Google Play requires apps that support account creation to provide a web resource for account and data deletion.
In-app deletion (preferred)
- Open Pact
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm deletion
Deletion starts immediately. Synced account data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email support@novyra.fyi with:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- The email address associated with your Pact account
- Optional: your display name or approximate signup date
We process email requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Account credentials (Firebase Authentication)
- Workout history and exercise logs (Cloud Firestore)
- Profile information and in-app preferences
- Device-synced fitness data associated with your account
What may be retained
- Anonymized analytics aggregates that cannot identify you
- Crash logs without personal identifiers (retained per Firebase Crashlytics policy)
- Records we are legally required to keep
