Private workout accountability with people you already train with

Share progress with a friend you invited, without a public feed or a search for strangers at the gym.

Accountability works when the other person already knows you train. A friend, a partner, or the two people you lift with on Thursdays. It works less well as a directory of strangers in the same city.

A public feed turns the session into something to post. The useful version is smaller: a private group you invite, where the people in it can see that you showed up and what the session was. No discovery. No matching. If someone is not in the group, they do not see it.

Pact calls these groups circles. You invite the people you already train with. They see progress inside that circle. The app is not a tool for finding a gym buddy you have never met.

The session itself stays quiet. Circles do not replace the log, and they do not add a streak you have to defend. The habit is still the one in a workout app without streaks: do the work, keep the record, leave.

What you share is more useful if the session was a real plan. Muscle-group coverage is how Pact checks that a workout is not a shuffled list of exercises.

Circles are part of Pact on Android. Invite people you already know.
